Dr. Laura Elder is our Asian Studies Visiting Scholar. She is also an Associate Professor at the Department of Global Studies and Program in Intercultural Studies, Saint Mary’s College Notre Dame. Her expert areas are: Global political economy, gender, and Islam in Southeast Asia and the MENA region.
