The two-day workshop of “Inclusive Development Workshop: Greater China and Beyond” is jointly organized by The Centre for Greater China Studies (CGCS) of Hang Seng Management College, the Department of Social Science and the Afro-Asian Society for Inclusive Development.
The workshop aims to shed new light on long-standing problems by bringing together Asian and African scholars conducting research on inclusive development exchanges for an intensive discussion about the meaning, significance, and implementation of inclusive development. There will be seven thematic panel sessions in this event. Thematic topics include (1) Sustainable Development, (2) Inclusive Political Development, (3) Development and Poverty, (4) Religion and Nationalism, (5) Development in Rural Area, (6) Ethics of Ubuntu; and (7) Development & Human Rights.
