The Department is very delighted to have Dr. Dan CHOFFNES to stay with us as the Visiting Scholar in Asian Studies for this semester.

Dr. CHOFFNES is currently Associate Professor of Biology and Asian Studies, and Director of Student Fellowships, Carthage College in Wisconsin (USA). He specializes in the relationships between people and plants (ethnobotany). He will teach the ASI4006 Asian Food and Cusines Module for our students.
