He specializes in the relationships between people and plants (ethnobotany). He<span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">\u00a0will teach the ASI4006\u00a0 Asian Food and Cusines Module for our students.<\/span><\/p><p>Dan&#8217;s office is in M522 and can be reached at danielchoffnes@hsu.edu.hk.
